Very pleasantly surprised that this was better than we anticipated it to be. Very secure, large room with KS bed, coffee machine, fridge and TV. Room was overlooking pool. No wardrobes, however has a couple of hooks/hangers and drawer space. Ironing board and iron in the room. When booking we were looking at location near to Caltrain which is approx 20 minutes walk. IHOP is directly next door and a couple other eateries not too far away. Would definitely stay here again as it is within our budget and clean and comfortable, fresh towels daily and a full room service on day six of our stay.

Hotel is simple and good enough in every category you could think of. Bed was good. Room was clean and smell free. Bathroom was clean and stocked with necessary items. Access to rooms is open but the gates lock and can only be accessed by guests. Easy to get on the highway to basically anywhere. Gas station and restaurants are nearby.

The room was really clean and functional. The bedding was confortable. The staff is amazing and really helpful , especially Maria from the front desk. Would really recommend to stay here if you’re commuting (close to the 101).

Although the place is not near the downtown, it is extremely convenient because I used a car. The room is enough for the very reasonable cost. It was clean, not noisy and confortable enough for my 5 days stay. Free hot coffee was always available at the front desk, in addition to coffee server in the room.

It was super safe. You had to have a key card to even get near the rooms. Plenty of parking. IHOP was next door and we got 10% off with our room number.

The hotel is located next to the highway and has easy parking access. I had to work at Palo Alto (Stanford University) and every day I was walking around 12 minutes to get to the railway station to get the train (10 minutes to Palo Alto). It was very convenient for me. I had a quiet room and had no issues with noise etc. The room was big enough, two double beds and a small office to work. Hot water was available at all times and bathroom's size was OK. Furnishing, decoration etc. was decent although a bit outdated. There was no closet and someone may find this as a problem. About cleaning I can't say many things. Every day they were changing the towels, not always the trash bins and the room was cleaned once in a week. I didn't have a problem since I was out of the room most time of the day but someone can have an issue with it. Overall my staying was satisfactory and the price was very good compare to the amenities but also to the prices of adequate places to stay.

Very clean and somewhat updated rooms make this a great value choice close to the heart of Redwood City. The front desk is great. The rooms are not smelly for an older hotel and have enough space. They are medium sized rooms, and even provide a small basic coffee maker and two coffees. The lobby also provides coffee.

I made a, request for a 1st floor room as there are no elevators and I am now a senior citizen. They honored my request, reserving a room for my late night arrival. I also appreciated the security of inside doors (instead of exposed to the exterior) and locked doors to gain entry into the building itself

Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is close to the freeway but road noise is almost non-existent. Good water pressure. Good value for the price. Reception staff very helpful. IHOP is right next door.
